Re: “But days after Debi’s daughter stole the van, Debi and her landlord received a letter from the Granite City Police Department. Regardless of the landlord’s preferences, the police said Debi and Andy had to be evicted because of their association with a lawbreaker” (who didn't even live with them in that house. - De)

Such a stupid law can't be Constitutional.

But this happened in overwhelmingly-Democrat Illinois, so I'm not surprised. And the moron who upheld the law in September, Judge Staci M. Yandle, is an Obama appointee - so what do you expect? Why would Obama appoint someone so incompetent? Hmm. THAT I can't say. It will just go down as one more of the many undying mysteries about that man - unless, of course, you think that YOU might know.

Obama appointed many morons to the judiciary. Almost exclusively, in fact. You'd best get used to their imbecilic, no-existing-precedent rulings. It's all part of judicial activism, something you claim to love and support - though I don't think you have the slightest idea what it is and means. Obama's judges can and do make shit up all the time and use it, along with judicial activism, to justify whatever they want. The days of a dependable framework of rules, within which independent decisions are made by our courts, are OVER.
