Note that Alex Jones has already lost the civil suit against him. The current trial is to determine the amount of money he will have to pay the families of the Sandy Hook victims. They've asked for $150 million but he's only offered $8. NOT millions, but EIGHT DOLLARS, period.
Also note that the lawyers for the plaintiffs, who got that full digital copy of Jones' cellphone, including texts and emails covering the last 2-3 years, they have stated that they were given this data-dump with no strings attached, that is they were NOT told that it contained privileged information. Therefore, they're willing to provide copies to any other party who may be contemplating action against Jones, including the House Select Committee investigating the January 6th attack on the Capital.
