Hopefully after the surgery yesterday and I know of at least one round of pain meds , you might have been able to sleep? I am hoping that throughout the rest of yesterday and the morning hours past midnight that your nurses/docs continued to keep you out of pain..

I know you want to go home whichis perfectly normal and natural but please do not do that until you are able to take care of yourself.
Yes, you are a big strong bull and like most of us have plenty of testosterone to spare but every once in a while we get reminded we are still just flesh, blood, and bone created by God and awaiting an eternal body that does not have the failings of this short term one we were given when born...
I watched my granddaughter yesterday play softball at the University with the young ladies on that team. She will be attending there next year and will be their catcher as a freshman. For the next four years. She already has a stronger arm than all the current players and gunned down two would be base stealers with that cannon she calls an arm..
Never even got to her feet. Snap throw from squatting position the ball traveled on a dead straight line like a bullet to the second base bag no more than maybe three feet off the ground.. The would be base thief was out by at least four feet...
The Head coach was grinning from ear to ear.. She ripped a double down the left field line and had a couple other base hits into left center and center on some nice line drives. She is a quiet young lady and somewhat shy so its amazing to miz micro and me just to watch her transform into this catcher wo runs the team from behind the plate. She's a monster.... lol!!!!
So we had dinner with my daughter and son in law and my wife's older sister who worked at the university for over 30 years before she finally retired last year. She has a great pension plan thru TIAA Cref she contributed some toward each year and they built her up a great retirement account to enjoy at this stage of life.
I am very happy for her as she never made a whole lot of money but she was consistent and disciplined with what she had and made it grow. I am proud of her. She has never been married either. She is a free spirit and very nice and close to her younger sister (miz micro).
I have some things to do around the house today and my phone is with me if ya need anything.. Just call or text..
REST young man.. Your body needs it and it needs to heal and recover from your surgery yesterday..
