This speaks to the eternality of our God.. HE is not bound by TIME. He knows the past and the present AND the Future and is in all three places...... He alone is GOD and there is none else... Whenwe come to grips with this truth and surrender to HIS Authority and grace and love, we will slowly begin to understand more about HIS ATTRIBUTES... He is OMNIPRESENT and that attribute is what Peter is pointing out here...
