Minneapolis city workers on Thursday began partially clearing the George Floyd memorial — after complaints it had grown a lawless “autonomous zone” flush with drug use, and at least one murder, dozens of attacks by vandals and the most recent shooting just last week.
Among the attacks, an ax-wielding vandal was caught on camera leaving a trail of destruction at a George Floyd memorial in Minneapolis over the weekend.
