What do you need calculators for? Didn’t The Commonwealth of Virginia recently outlaw Math?🤔🤔🤔

A couple of weeks ago my graphing calculator told me I
needed to replace its batteries. I believe it took
three triple A's. Which I had.

So I thought maybe I ought to see about replacing the
batteries in my other calculators. (Four of the other
five had solar cells built into them . . .)

Two of the four were Casio - and had no batteries inside
them. One of these is a Casio FX-115 and it is well over thirty years old. And still works nicely.

The newest Casio, an fx-115ES required an LR44 battery.
A little ole Sharp - probably also over thirty years old
required two '357' batteries. The 357's came in a three
pack and it turns out that LR44 is a cheaper equivalent
of the 357.

The Sharp turned out to have a serious display problem - 8's
looked more like U's . . . so I trashed it. But I now have
five fully functional calculators (including the graphing one)
and the three that require batteries have new ones.

I'm happy with it.

Zim.
