I am unconvinved tgis is a good thing because it means that criminals and gangg members and any other ne'er do well can go into a store and purchase a handgun and never have a background check or the gun licensed and registered to a specific individual..
This will make ita whole lot easier for those with il intentions.. As well as for police..
While I agree that the Constitution gives us the right to bear arms, it isn;t a bad thing to check on the person purchasing the weapon to see if he wants to become the next school shooter, or just an ordinary criminal going to go strong arm some people... If one has a clean record of living peacably within the laws, then there should be no problem.. Bu this proposal USURPS that important distinction with no being able to track back a gun used in a crime... And this bill would do it...
NOT one of the better or well thought out ideas imo...
