From what I understand, the only federal crime(s), for which Trump could pardon Rittenhouse, is transporting an illegal firearm (because he was under age to legally own a semiautomatic weapon in Illinois) across state lines. The charges for the shootings in Kenosha will come under state law, which Trump has no control over.
