After all, it now appears that BOTH Trump (and I assume Melania) and his Press Secretary, Kayleigh McEnany, committed voter fraud when they voted in recent elections as Florida residents. It turns out that they BOTH listed addresses, which under Florida law, can't be used for purposes of registering to vote.
In the case of Ms. McEnany, she lives in Washington, DC, has a New Jersey drivers license, but she used the address of her parent's home in Tampa as her 'legal address' when she registered to vote there, which is illegal because it was not her residence.
In the case of Trump, and I assume Melania, they used their Mar-a-Logo 'home' as their legal residence when they registered. The problem is that when Trump converted Mar-a-Lago into a resort back in the early 90's, for tax purposes, he got the resort zoned as a 'social club', legally defining it as a place of business. Under Florida law, you cannot use a business address when registering to vote. In fact, Trump can't legally use Mar-a-Lago as his official residence since his agreement with Palm Beach County explicitly states that it cannot be used as a domicile.
As They Scream Voter Fraud, Trump And His Press Secretary May Have Voted Illegally
Kayleigh McEnany was living in Washington, but voted in Florida. Trump used an address he promised Palm Beach officials would not be a residence.
