It is the way of libtards ... what matters is how it looks (perception), NOT what IS (facts).
I still believe everything needs to be thoroughly investigated before any charges are filed. If it becomes clear that the officer's knee truly had nothing to do with this perp's death, then charging him, now, and ultimately dropping the charges, later, is just going to make things worse with the thugocracy, who simply want blood - anybody's blood - especially if it's from a white body wearing a blue uniform. If the officer's knee was applied inappropriately and caused the perp's death, then the officer needs to be tried by a jury.
