verses 1 -8
1 And he entered into a ship, and passed over, and came into his own city.
2 And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.
3 And, behold, certain of the scribes said within themselves, This man blasphemeth.
4 And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts?
5 For whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and walk?
6 But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house.
7 And he arose, and departed to his house.
8 But when the multitudes saw it, they marvelled, and glorified God, which had given such power unto men.
JESUS KNOWS YOUR THOUGHTS. ALL of them. He is GOD. He knows not only what you SAY verbally but what you THINK internally. This is also called in the Bibly "the intents of the heart".
The Bible goes on to say that MAN looketh on the OUTWARD apearance but GOD looks UPON THE HEART ! He knows that was is inside of you is the real you. NOT the fascade on theoutside. WHATis on the inside is THE SOUL and SPIRIT. The Soul is your personality. The SPIRIT is YOU, that eternal ever living YOU that one day will either be with the ONE who created and made you, or you will be tormented in hell for the rest of all eternity, never to die, but always be in punishment. There is no second chances from HELL. There is no person going to pray you out of hell. THAT is utter nonsense and nowhere to be found in GOD's Word.
THIS IS AWHY Jesus said that NOW is the time, today is the day OF salvation.
he knows your very thoughts and what your heart believes.
You can fool people because we can only hear your words. You cannot fool GOD.
Jesus looked right through hat person and saw their heart. What they really are.
Come to CHRIST today and ask HIM to forgive you and to be your Savior. He said HE would in no wise would refuse you. He said COME UNTO ME and I WILL GIVE YOU REST...
Come to HIM before your spirit departs this temporary body it indwells and immediately goes into HIS presence or into Hell fire.
DO NOT put it off.
MANY people will say that they will ask Christ to save them at the 11th hour before they die.
Unfortunately, death comes at 10:30 for them and it is too late. NO MAN knows the time or hour of GOD taking them out of this world... One thingis certain. WE ARE GOING to DIE or the believers will be taken and meet HIM in the air and so will ever be with HIM.
The time is near. RUN to JESUS. Don't walk. HE is WAITING for YOU now.... Come and ask HIM to forgive you and to save you. He WILL.
