Prosecutor who dropped Smolette’s charges said he did not “exonerate him¨. What does this reminds of? Who?

Not the Mueller report and Attorney General Barr. The differences are immense. I'm amazed that you're blind to them:

• In the Smollett case, the investigators found evidence of guilt. In the collusion case, the investigators found no evidence of guilt.
• In the Smollett case, the investigators recommended prosecution. In the collusion case, no such recommendation.
• In the Smollett case, the attorney who dropped the charges says he concluded that Smollett is GUILTY but has already been punished enough. WTH???? 18 hours of community service for 16 felonies??? And it's not his job to determine the appropriate punishment. In the collusion case, Mueller made no such claim and the attorney who dropped the charges concluded that President Trump is INNOCENT.

Stating in a report that an investigated party is not exonerated is BOILERPLATE wording when no prosecution is being pursued. After all, prosecutorial investigators look for and document evidence of guilt, not evidence of innocence. They don't, however, want to ruin a future case that might be brought about should additional evidence ever be found. So they almost always say that their report does not exonerate the party. Even juries do not conclude that accused parties are INNOCENT. Same thing.

On a personal note, zz: I suspect you think we hate you. We don't. Ignorance and a lack of critical thinking ability has got you reaching bad conclusions and supporting the wrong things - a curse that has, no doubt, plagued your entire life. You're probably not a bad guy but you keep making huge blunders and, consequently, doing bad things. This makes you annoying. However, I want you to know that I'm sorry. I do recognize that it's because you're handicapped.
