Bring them both in front of Congress, but in any case Rosenstein was correct in thinking about the possibility Trump is a Putin tool. He is lying because he wants to save his job or long enough to protect Mueller, but I don’t doubt for a minute they were in alarmed mode then, and McCabe’s contemporaneous notes that Mueller has will prove it.
