Judge Sullivan's Calculus : General Flynn's Vindication Isn't a Question of Law - it's a Question of Time.
Bob Mueller decided to take General Flynn hostage, in front of Justice Emmett Sullivan today. Judge Sullivan didn't bite. And as REX explains, it's a decision Mueller is likely to deeply regret, in 2019 - or much sooner.
