Oh it looks like K will get a hearing where he can't lose, except he won't win either.
The taint will be forever his.
And she won't be treated as if her claim has any merit.

Since the republicans refused to reopen his back ground check & refuses to bring in witnesses, how can the hearing be fair?

and while he's spent the week brushing up on his 'truth,' she's had to move out of her home & yesterday was interviewed by the FBI for hours wrt the death threats on her.
What is 'fair' about that...

I want K to get a fair hearing. But the fact he gets coached in order to handle questions about an incident of this type is shocking. The truth is sufficient. He doesn't need to bob and weave here. Did he know her? Can he tell his own version of what happened that day?
