The facts are that many have made those arguments snce the Heller decision, and the Supremes REJECTED them, on multiple occasions.
You can make what you want of it, but the current status of those weapons is that they can’t get past the Supremes, and after this year election, with a better Congress that isn’t tied as much to NRA money, yiu could see the assault weapons ban reinstated, although I think that tne Supremes should finally take a case, and free Congress frm the influence of the current terrorist NRA leadership.
Absolutely correct Zim. Window dressing goes a long way in sales of the AR because there are lots of people who just think the design looks cool. It doesn;t shoot any better than a Remington, Winchester, Henry, Savage, Mossberg, etc, semi-automatic rifle.
It's just an excuse offered by left wing nut jobs to try to keep slowly taking away your Constitutional rights so they can turn this ONCE great nation, which got and became great DUE to the Very Constitution these people SCORN and decry as being old..
