was this a worldwide settlement?...or just a settlement for U.S. sales....seems to me if it was for U.S sales of Nokia and Microsoft 3g/4g products....then the numbers are not so bad.....this game is far from over....and we really shouldn't fret much about nok or msft...neither has 4g sales worth a hill of beans currently....maybe just maybe the "collaboration" will be more than just words in a news release...all in all...its certainly not a negative....especially after getting our asses kicked across the entire spectrum of the U.S. legal system....to me its more found money
