Then he misstated a very important subject, Abedin's email stuff, which set the steeple on fire, as in FAKE NEWS. and he waited days to put out a slimy excuse for it. So, he gave Trump an excuse to get rid of him, but the actual reason is Nixonian.

Comey is a schmuck. HE should have been fired long ago, and perhaps Trump did us a favor, but only if Comey was not CLOSE TO THE TRUTH.

Trump's statement in his firing letter about Comey telling him 3 times he was not investigating him, is only giving away the ACTUAL REASON Comey was fired: To prevent him from going further. Trump, by attempting to claim he was not under investigation, gave away the reason he fired him. Because the FBI was getting close to the REAL stuff.
