7 arrested in raids following London attack; police believe terrorist 'acted alone'
Police said that the knife-and-car attack that killed four people and injured 29 others is believed to have been motivated by 'international terrorism.'
Metropolitan Police Commander Mark Rowley revealed that seven of the wounded remained in critical condition early Thursday. 'We must not allow terrorist to sow discord and fear in our city,' he added.
