Of course. The rule of law implies that all are subject to it, be they never so great. I imagine Trump broke nearly every possible foundational law if he colluded in undermining US democracy. And it begins to look like he did.
They really need to redo the election. Or disqualify Trump and award the win to HRC. And rub out every EO he has issued.
