Some good things:

1. he didn't make it into parliament which means the layers of security held up.

2. he didn't get access to a gun which vindicates the absence of a right to bear arms.

3. it sounds like he didn't kill more than 2 people on the bridge, which is incredible as he plainly drove down the pavement (sidewalk) and hit around 20 people at speed.

4. the terrorist is one of the four dead, so at least there's one less innocent person about to be buried.

Reporting 4 dead, including one officer, at least 20 injured.
