we found ourselves in a position where the "marginal shareholder" had no idea what to expect....there was nothing wrong w/ the earnings report....except a little recognition problem from the back revenues owed by Huawei [ie how much cash vs how many patents idc is willing to accept in leui of cash]....every thing we ever hoped about the future is still in place..including the ever hoped for buyout....which becomes easier to execute after a day like today [25% premium is around $115...in some masochistic way ...after 15 trips around the sun w/ idcc....when shit like this happens...I still find some folks hysterical posts...just so fucking amusing!!!!!!
