I disagree. Criminal actions arose DIRECTLY as a consequence of their actions- un-prezi-dented one, Clapper, and Lynch.

That is called 'Conspiracy to commit a felony and is ALSO called aiding and abetting criminal activity.'

Time to charge ALL THREE OF THEM - and throw their asses in jail.
