Amazing how the subject changes all the time. Scandals all the way down.

Wasn't Trump planning to release a new immigration EO sometime soon? Or are we going to see Trump in court to explain the old one.

I expect the new one will be sustainable as he surely won't try the same approach again. It will go through a review process. And it will likely affect the volume of new visas in many countries of which at least one will not be a Moslem-majority country. It will be a small country because he doesn't want them to be able to raise a stink. Or one Republicans love to kick around. Oh hang it all, it will be Cuba, of course.
