Stephen Miller, counsel to the President, is not a lawyer.
He appears to be another 'talk show host' who has taken upon the task of helping a non-reader run the United States.

He has no concept of the Separation of Powers.
He has not even read Marbury v. Madison.
He is clueless about the Bill of Rights and the 14th Amendment.

As the court said--

“There is no precedent to support this claimed un reviewability, which runs contrary to the fundamental structure of our constitutional democracy.”

Once again for those who do not know their asses from a hole in the ground the Ninth Circuit reaffirms that America is a 'Constitutional Democracy"(caps mine)

The last time we had a nonreviewable Sovereign was King George in early 1776.

Donald J. Trumpf apparently will be learning about the Constitution along with Stephen Miller and Constitutional experts who don't know spit.
