Police are not immigration agents. Always been that way, and will stay that way. Immigration has a whole different set of approaches to finding and detaining illegal aliens, and that's still within the Constitution, LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE!
Should there be coordination for those committing crimes and looking into whether they are illegal aliens? I think it would be common sense. Do it properly, within the Constitution, with a law from Congress. But a DWI is not a "crime" justifying deportation, so once they fix what crimes, such robberies, and other stuff like that should be in the checking "status" category, I think there won't be many objecting, if anyone.
Again, we need common sense, and to go forward, and fix things along the way, when necessary. My way or the highway produces GARBAGE!
Same thing goes for Obamacare which CAN BE FIXED. Take your chip off the shoulder, and do your job ASSHOLE REPUBLICANS!
