It is patents who don't give a shit about their kids who fk schooling up for everyone. Kids go home, no one to care for them, to do homework, talk to them, etc.
The proof is Asian kids who almost always excell, because their parents are on top of them making sure they do the job. They go to the same schools, same teachers, same environment.
You are clueless about schools. No money will ever do. The other thing that kills schooling is that no one gets left behind, so you have those who can't limiting those who can.
The first problem is hard to fix. That's American culture. The second can be done, but you'll have riots from parents whose kids can't, but they want them to graduate one way or another.
That is the tough environment teachers have to deal with every day, including the frivolous lawsuits from parents who practice America's greatest trait: the lawsuit.
Get educated, malaka, and use your brain. The last thing that affects education is some bad teachers, but they've always been bad teachers. The problems are elsewhere.
