No shit. Really?
Constitutinal expert, and you lecture on legal process?
The closest you have ever come to briefs is the Fruit of the Looms or Jockeys wrapped around your pecker.
I have spent the better part of the weekend studying up on the The Constitution.
My gut tells me that somebody is going to be mentioning
Korematsu v. United States, a case I am sure you are aware of.
Legal briefs are typically brief because Judges get angered instantly by bullshit.
This case is going to the Supreme Court for ultimate review. All the lawyers know it.
It saddens me that those dedicated and brilliant lawyers in the Justice Department were ordered to write bullshit. But that's what happens when there is not a single lawyer advising this turd Trump.
