re: "Reasons Falcons Lost!

1. Russians hacked the superbowl
2. Election was stolen. Falcons were either tied or had the lead for a "MAJORITY" of the minutes and yet the trophy was awarded to the Pats. The way the score is kept is unconstitutional."

Some additional reasons:

3. Sexism. The Patriots have a MAN on their helmet. Sexist Americans continue to think women cannot play football or win Super Bowls, and their false bias translated into greater support and money for New England.

4. Media bias. The media's persistent claims that the Falcons were underdogs and that Brady was the greatest Quarterback ever to play the game translated into a self-fulfilling prophecy which influenced the officials (mostly MEN, you'll notice) and demoralized the Falcons. (For further information, see "The Election was stolen," above.)

5. Rigged playoffs. When proof emerged that the Falcons beat Seattle and Green Bay by CHEATING (never mind that it's not true) viral stories circulated that the team was too dishonest to be Super Bowl champions.

6. Bad polling. Pollsters claimed before the game that three out of four Americans wanted Atlanta to kick New England's butt. However, this is only what the pollsters WANTED the results to be and had no actual basis in reality.

7. Lack of a resonant message. Say what you might about the Patriots, but their message ("Donald Trump likes us better") hit home with both conservatives and blue collar Democrats. Ultimately, despite the polling numbers mentioned above, the Patriots were favored by most demographic groups in the majority of the states. Atlanta's message - ("Coke: It's the real thing") - did little to rally support - except among undocumented, non-English-speaking residents who, by a 4:1 margin, reacted favorably to each mention of "Coke."

8. Deflate-gate. In suspending the Patriots' star quarterback for four games, the NFL unfairly incentivized New England to win - "just to get even with that prick Roger Goodell." This was totally unfair to the Atlanta Falcons who had no particular reason to care whether they won.

9. Racism. Did anyone notice that Tom Brady is white? The Patriots obviously courted the KKK vote. Okay, some of you are probably thinking "But Matt Ryan is also white!" This is true but completely beside the point. Tom Brady is white.

10. Overconfidence. Most people thought at the half that the Falcons had victory in the bag. But, if there's anything that intelligent people know, it's that you should never ever EVER count your chickens before they hatch. Or, in this case, your championships. What most people think is usually wrong.

Just ask Donald Trump.
