Going nuclear will mean full out war.

McConnell won't dare do it.

But, it is way more than that. You just can't change stuff because it fits you. It changes our system of government beyond what it was designed gor and has worked out well over the years.

If you change things like that, then why insist on having SCOTOUS judges who interpret the Constitution do called "literally"? It becomes an avalanchenche of events that in the end ALTERNOUR AMERICAM SYSTEM AND LIFE AS IT HAS BEEN FOR THE LONGEST OF TIMES, AND SERVED US GREAT.

Dems must respond to their constituencies.

On top of that there are many Republicans who want to send Trumpf a message about controlling the Congress. They do, and he doesn't.

It makes a whole lot of sense for the Democrats to load Trump's White House down with lawsuits at this time because it is hysterically obvious that they have no idea what they are doing.


The Dems know that Trumpf will inevitably resort to ad homninem attacks because he is a sociopath and has no knowledge about legal issues.

So far he has behaved and not played the "kike-hymie" card which is funny because I am sure than Bannon and Trumpf think that it is the Elders of Zion who are out to get him.
