He better put checks at roads that come into IL from fkng Pence's Indiana, where the gangs buy weapons freely there, and drive a half hour into Chicago.

How do you deal with gangs? Because Chicago is a safe city, other than in those neighborhoods, just like LA was infested with gang violence. That's the question to ask and try to answer.

I've been to Chicago in several occasions. Not a problem. But I wouldn't go those neighborhoods in the periphery.
