As GOP works to repeal Obamacare, the health-care law has never been more popular: NBC News/WSJ poll
Republicans are getting closer to repealing Obamacare, but President Barack Obama’s signature health-care law has never been more popular, according to a new national NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.
Forty-five percent of respondents believe the federal health-care law is a good idea -- the highest percentage since the NBC/WSJ poll began asking the question in April 2009.
Meanwhile, half of Americans -- 50 percent -- say they have little to no confidence that Republican proposals to replace the Affordable Care Act will be an improvement.
