splits are meaningless....and the lack of shares outstanding is one of the reasons we have traded so well....IMO....IDC HAS HAD "THE MOST IMPACTFUL BUYBACK OF ANY LISTED COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!!".....the share count would be about 70myn if there had been no buybacks....more than double the current share count!!!..show me another company that is still public that has those kind of numbers [hint: reverse splits don't count}
