The worst country for Moslem terrorism in 2016 was not Syria but Iraq: 798 incidents, 9,663 deaths.

Syria came second: 309 incidents, 3,325 deaths.

Nigeria came third for deaths: 1,744.

Afghanistan came fourth: 1,424.

Somalia came fifth: 761.

Libya came sixth: 732.

Pakistan came seventh: 730.

Yemen was eighth: 684.

Egypt was ninth: 344.

DRC was tenth: 202.

The US was 23rd, with 7 incidents yielding 49 deaths.

The UK had 5 incidents and 4 deaths. (There are a similar number of Moslems in the UK as in the US, so I suppose you might say Britain integrates its Moslems more effectively than the US does).

This doesn't count the foiled terrorism incidents.

2016 "Last year, there were at least 2,474 deadly Islamic terror attacks in 61 countries that claimed over 21,237 lives. Other world religions accounted for about four."

2015 "During this time period, there were 2,862 Islamic attacks in 53 countries, in which 27,594 people were killed and 26,141 injured."

8 new countries with Islamic terror in them in 2016!

At least the absolute number of incidents and average deaths/incident have reduced between 2015 and 2016.
