It is always about Trump getting himself elbow room for his knee-jerk way of doing things. Nothing is based on consideration. There are no rules. He is a shoot-from-the-hip kind of guy.
You can't run a government this way. It's destructive of planning which is a necessary feature of large organisations. But it pleases his supporters.
Just like every other government department, he will tear apart the intelligence agencies. Other than promoting Trump, destruction of organisation is his only idea. It sounds exciting until the roads don't get fixed any more and the health insurance companies exclude your disabled child from coverage.
The markets are always right and voters are infinitely wise. "You gotta have faith", as that famous conservative, George Michael, used to say. Sarcasm alert. :-{
