I love watching the republicans twist and turn now.
Instead of talking about fixing the problems, they want to take down the building but can't come up with a new structure that makes sense.
It can be fixed, but they are too stupid to allow themselves to recognize it.
Three things they can do that will make a huge difference in the premiums:
A. Open insurance buying/exchanges across state borders.
B. Allow a la carte insurance coverage. Why should people with no kids purchase insurance that covers kids until they are 26?
C. Increase mandate penalty for not buying insurance until you get sick, to force young people to buy insurance.
There probably are a few more things that can be done to take insurance costs lower.
When insurance gets cheaper this way, young people will buy, and costs will come down even more.
I am saying here and now that Obamacare will NOT GO AWAY. Adding TRILLIONS TO THE DEBT IN ORDER TO DO IT WILL BE A KILLER DEAL FOR REPUBLICANS.
