Phase II of Project FMM consisted of a second batch of unknown suspect fibers (Chemtrail samples from Texas) that were sent to Dr. Hildegarde Staninger and forwarded to the appropriate laboratory for analysis. The laboratory was asked to examine them, study them with ocular microscopy, take photomicrographs, and to determine some physical properties, and to run elemental analysis by Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS). They would also compare their physical properties with those of other fibers such as nano fibers, nanotubes, carbon silicon nano wires, meteoritic particles, Morgellon's patients' fibers and carbon-silicon fibers.
