So how will Trump spend the trillion dollars on infrastructure, rebuild the Army and Navy, put all those coal miners back to work, let corporations bring home all their overseas cash tax-free and pass it on to their stockholders who won't be paying any taxes either because Trump will have cut taxes on such things as capital gains and dividends not to mention cutting taxes for the wealthy and corporations? How will this NOT create BOTH a revenue AND a spending problem?
