idc issued debt w/ a strike price of 72.375...they then bought term[same as debt] warrants w/ a strike price of 72.375...they then sold term warrants w/ a strike price of 88+...if the stock is trading between 72.375 and 88+ at the time of expiration....idc will exercise the warrants and take delivery of the stock from the warrant seller [barclys from existing market supply]...and the warrants they sold will expire worthless...they will then deliver this stock to the debt holders to satisfy the debt conversion transaction...if the stock is trading above 88+...they will have to issue stock to the warrant holders...thereby causing the dilution
