we paid for the hedge up front...the proceeds of the debt sale were a good bit less than 316myn...its all good!!!!....you don't have to understand every detail...just trust in the people that do [that's the tricky part]....its kind of been the theme of these boards all along
i have same question... nuttin comes for free. I am trying to understand how a hedge against dilution works b/c it will result in dilution since we are clearing up debt AND getting cash?
