4.3 myn shares...roughly 12.5%....I think i might have miscalculated a bit after reading through the terms...looks like dilution has been hedged out to 88+ [we're on the fence now]...still the conversion would take place at 72.375...thereby converting the debt to equity...but depending on where the stock is...the dilution wont occur until 88+ [the strike price of the warrants that were sold alongside of the debt issuance]...which if it occurs will effectively be a sale of stock at 88+...not the 72+ conversion...its all good unless I schedule the nj50 and it drops back below 50
