not only do we get the 72+ per share from the conversion which will cancel out the debt,,,we also get another approximately 9+ per share from the hedging transaction that accompanied the debt issue...idc has hedged out the conversion to an 81+ px...therefore with 316myn of debt canceled....and another 40+myn from the hedge [4.375myn shares x 9]...our net cash will increase by 356+ myn...which doesn't include the windfall from apple....mo money mo money mo money
