It seems to me that the theme of his Presidency is going to be inequality. Lower taxes so that you can then complain that entitlements are unaffordable. Avoid raising the minimum wage so that owners and executives can increase their share of wealth. Get rid of widespread healthcare so that poorer people are more likely to die and cease to be a burden.

It's looking just like his opponents guessed Trump would operate. But luckily for Republicans, they have a category of voter who believes in their routine regardless of the reality.

For myself, I think increasing inequality in an already very unequal society is economically inefficient. You are going to get better results when there's a little more capital spread around to fund the next generation of ideas.
