Opioids are a scourge in the south and middle.

It's not related to welfare, but to poor white trash with no prospects for the future. These towns have nothing, they are dead.

Example: Bristol Tenessee/Virginia. Been there, talked to school teachers, principals, they all said drugs are killing them. It is out of control.

New Hampshire is a state that is being destroyed by drugs, etc.

...give us some stats on the number of folks who didn't apply for welfare cause they didn't want to be tested.
