joe...not the best of news ..not the worst...lowers the dividend...lowers the risk...probably improves long term potential..new company will be called etp as etp is more than 2x the size of sxl...on the surface it looks like etp got screwed...but you have to realize its a "family" of companies...I like the guy that runs the complex...I love the business they are in...and their assets are second to none in terms of positioning for the future...its still gonna yield more than 8% when the dust settles....I think its a great asset for an older guy who took some off the table w/ idc
