TV Execs, Anchors Meeting with Trump
President-elect Donald Trump will hold an off-record meeting with executives, anchors, and reporters from the five biggest television networks in the country. The meeting is scheduled for Monday afternoon at Trump Tower, and was orchestrated by Kellyanne Conway, a senior aide to Trump who has also served as his top media surrogate since joining the campaign.
The networks that will be represented at the meeting will reportedly include: ABC, NBC (including its cable network MSNBC), CBS, CNN, and Fox News. A source told CNN’s Brian Stelter that ABC News anchors David Muir and George Stephanopoulos will also be in attendance, along with the network’s president, James Goldston.
