...nope, no access, and no need to know. All a clearance means is that you have been investigated and there has been no reason to exclude you found.

Yes, he's trying to have it both ways.

He's resisting the idea of putting the Trump Organization under the management of a 'blind trust' saying that his kids should be allowed to run the business and he'll keep himself at arms-length, but then he says that he wants his kids to have security clearances and I assume be privy to the contents of security briefings, since he sees them as close personal, but unpaid, advisors, all the while they're running his worldwide business enterprises. How would the be any different than inviting the CEO's of say B of A or GE or IBM to sit in on CIA briefings?
