...clearance is one thing. Ya have to be investigated blah blah blah for the clearance. The next thing ya have to have is access. Access means that someone ia authorized to share this information with you or that you have access to it by going to a place where it is kept or transmitted. The last thing ya have to have is NEED TO KNOW. If there is something going on and ya have clearance and access but are not directly involved in it, ya don't have NEED TO KNOW.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
