I gather they are talking about Ben Carson as education secretary. Chris Christie may be AG. Newt Gingrich may be Secretary of State. Sarah Palin may be Secretary of the Interior, to oversee climate policies and energy. Someone has a sense of humour, at least.
This really does look like the end of the US as we know it.

Mr. Trump is moving to assemble a government after his stunning upset victory, several sources close to the transition team said on Friday.
Mr. Christie had been in charge of the transition for the last several months.
