Yep. But I dunno how you escape the cycle if both sides obstruct everything the other side does. Even so, I'd obstruct everything I could except infrastructure if I was in the Senate. Trump didn't win a majority so his mandate is rickety as an old fence.
Speaking of fences, I'd let him build one. That's his signature issue. But it's a waste of money.
For me, the constitution is broken, so that's what I think needs a spring clean. But these aren't the people to do it.
eg the executive arm should be attached to the house. I know, I know, the house is crazy right now. But that's because its existence is almost pointless.
